How it works
Choose from any of our purpose built styles and colors.
Tiles, accessories and simple instructions arrive on site, ready for your crew to lay.
After the show, tiles are returned for individual inspection and cleaning. Any damaged tiles are recycled. All others are returned to stock for the next event. Even cut tiles are saved for future needs.
CarpetDiem tracks the usage and performance of each individual tile, ensuring products are reused and recycled.
| Consideration | Conventional broadloom | CarpetDiem modular tile |
|---|---|---|
| Damage | A one foot cut runs the full width of the roll, removing about 10 square feet | The affected area is one tile, 4 square feet |
| Cut material | Cut broadloom is discarded | A cut tile is retained and reused at the next junction box |
| Booth configurations | Changing booth dimensions requires additional cutting | Tiles rearrange across standard booth plans without recutting |
| Fit | Roll widths do not align to the ten foot booth grid | 24 inches divides into 120 inches exactly, five tiles per ten feet |
| Handling | Transported and staged in large rolls | 24 tiles and 96 square feet per carton, 22 cartons per pallet, moved on a pallet jack |
| Documentation | Reuse happens without an event specific record | Designed to support deployment and retention records |
