Show Organizers
Your contractor already reuses booth carpet. Nobody records how many times, so when a venue questionnaire or a sponsor's rider asks, there is no number to give. We supply certified modular tile and hand back a documented deployment count for every square foot on your floor.
Every show requires floor covering. Every exhibitor buys it or receives it in a package. It is one of the largest single material line items on your floor, and it is the one you can say the least about.
When a venue asks what happens to it, the honest answer is that it goes back to a warehouse and comes out again. That is true. It is also unverifiable, unquantified, and worth nothing in a report.
In August 2026, two industry publications ran features asking how many times exhibition flooring can be used. Between them they quoted the presidents of Emerald Carpets, GES and Brumark. Not one gave a number.
Square footage deployed, deployments to date per tile, condition at return, and material retained in service. Delivered after every show, in a form you can hand to a venue, a sponsor or an auditor.
The tile we supply carries published environmental and health product declarations, Red List Free material health, NSF 140 Gold, and carbon figures from the manufacturer, not from us.
Where flooring sits inside your booth package, you decide the color and the standard. Exhibitors do not arrive with mismatched improvised coverings.
Your general contractor installs it with the crews they already have. Nothing about move-in changes.
Flooring is one of the largest recurring material costs on your show floor. Because our tile is built to be deployed again and again, and because every deployment is recorded, the same square footage keeps working across shows instead of quietly leaving your rotation.
That means two things at once. You get certified flooring with documentation you can put straight into a sustainability report, and you get a lower cost per show for the floor covering your exhibitors already pay for.
No green premium, no new vendor, no change to move-in. Just a floor that is counted, certified, and cheaper over its life than buying the same coverage again next year.
