CarpetDiem started on a show floor, where we saw an opportunity to bring innovation, quality and sustainability to a category nobody had bothered to improve. We have been working on it ever since.
We produce trade shows. Thousands of people, a convention center, months of planning, and one very good day when the booths finally come to life and a first-time exhibitor lands their first real conversation. We love that part of this business.
What stood out to us was the floor. It is the biggest surface in every booth, and it had barely changed in decades. We saw an opportunity to bring innovation, quality and sustainability to a category nobody had bothered to improve.
So we started a company. We supply sustainable modular tile built to be rented, cleaned, and used again show after show: a better-looking floor, less waste, and a cleaning and inspection cycle between every show.

Nothing about how a show orders or installs flooring has to change. Your contractor handles it exactly as they do today, and we collect, clean and inspect the tile between shows.

Tile reconfigures to any booth plan without recutting. When a piece is damaged, you replace that tile instead of the whole floor.
Two-foot tiles are carried and set by hand, with no adhesive and no heavy rolls. Less strain means fewer incidents, and fewer incidents means lower workers compensation exposure.
